There is lots of natural light in this room allowing it to be a bright and inviting space in which to wine, dine and relax. Doors lead to a covered terrace and down to the garden and pool area which is basked in sunshine throughout the day.
The basement has been transformed into a very luxurious space perfect for all the family and especially kids, incorporating a surround sound TV and Cinema, and games room with darts, table football, an area for keep fit and yoga to keep up a healthy lifestyle while away on holiday also. The outside pool area is divine for swimming and catching the summer rays. Outside dining is always a great way to live and entertain.

The kitchen is fully fitted and is nice and bright and has a door leading to a rear terrace and outdoor barbecue area and dining area. You can even pick fresh lemons from the tree for your drinks!

There are 2 bedrooms, on the ground floor, 1 has a double bed and a set of bunk beds for a family room with private en-suite shower facilities, and the other is a double room with private en suite bathroom with shower over and doors leading to a private terrace with bistro table.

There is a further bedroom upstairs which is a double with a large terrace overlooking the golf course and with sun beds. There is also a shower room on this level along with the office which has its own private terrace.
