The apartment is located in a recently built contemporary development that has a swimming pool, gym, sauna, indoor pool, business center, golf simulator and more amenities.
This house has 3 spacious, exterior bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and full ensuite bathrooms, apart from which there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with Neff appliances and has a nice island where the ceramic hob is and the hood is integrated into the ceiling. The kitchen connects with the dining area, where there is a large table with 6 chairs, and with the living room area, where there is a large L-shaped, reclining, electric sofa, a new TV (smart TV), unlimited Wi-Fi. From the living room you go out to the spacious terrace with nice outdoor furniture and private pool, there is also a private shower in the garden. From the private garden there is direct access to the community pool (infinity pool) and the chill out area and community bar. There are two private parking spaces in the underground garage. In the community there is 24 hour security. It is not rented for long periods all year round, only in the winter period from October to March it can be rented for this monthly price, the rest of the year (the summer months) it is rented as a vacation apartment and the price is per night. Also in the winter months apart from the rental price the tenants need to pay for utilities (water, internet and electricity) Do not hesitate to ask us about the prices.
